Fill out the sign up form below to be part of an investigation or event. Those who do not sign up at
a meeting or online will not be allowed to take part in the investigation or the event.
Any monies, conditions, terms of contract for the investigation or event apply when filling out the sign up form... by
filling out the form you agree to all monies, conditions, and terms of contract that are connected to the investigation or
event that you sign up for.
Cancellations must be or phoned in or sent to the Main Director at least a week in advance of the investigation or event.
Once you are cancled from taking part in the investigation or event any monies, conditions, or terms of contract shall be
refunded and notification for cancellation confirmation will be sent email snail mail or phone call to you.
Should an event arrise after the cancle period of one week an emergency notification is expected.
